Effective October 24, 2026. These terms cover the Ezsauce websites, apps, and music-video service operated by Gracent Tech LLC. Questions: david@gracent.tech.

Accounts and authorized use

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep your sign-in information secure. You must be legally able to enter an agreement for the service, or have a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision where permitted by law. Purchases require the payment account holder’s authorization.

Your music and creative material

You retain your rights in material you submit. Upload only audio, images, and other material you have the rights and permissions to use, including rights needed for AI processing and any intended distribution. You permit us and our service providers to store, process, and display your material to deliver the project you request. This permission does not grant us ownership of your music.

AI output can differ from your direction, contain errors, or resemble other output. We do not guarantee uniqueness, copyright protection, or clearance of third-party rights. Review the result and obtain any necessary permissions before publishing or commercially using it. Our software, branding, and designs remain the property of their respective owners.

Credits and generation

Available offers, prices, currencies, and credit requirements are shown before purchase or generation. Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Generation reserves the displayed credits or free allowance; a failed generation releases its reservation. A completed generation uses its allowance even if you later delete the project. Availability and output characteristics are described in the studio.

Payments and refunds

Where enabled, web payments use Stripe and native purchases use the applicable app store. For web purchase or delivery problems, contact us with the receipt or order reference, without card details. For store purchases, follow Apple’s refund process or Google Play’s refund policies.

A refund, including a partial refund, reverses the credits granted by the associated pack. Credits already spent may result in a negative balance. Account or project deletion does not automatically request a refund. Refund eligibility is subject to the applicable provider’s process and consumer law; these terms do not remove mandatory cancellation, refund, or other consumer rights.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful material, infringe others’ rights, access another person’s private data, bypass payment or access controls, or disrupt the service. We may restrict access to address abuse, fraud, security threats, or legal obligations. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken.

Privacy, availability, and changes

Our privacy policy describes processing and retention. You can delete your account online. Features may change and interruptions can occur. Contact us if a purchased service is not delivered. We will identify material changes to these terms with a new effective date and provide notice through the service or an account contact where appropriate. Changes do not retroactively remove rights for an earlier purchase.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular creative outcome. We remain responsible where applicable law requires it; these terms do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. App-store distribution and purchases are also subject to the applicable store’s terms.
