Delete your account

You can delete your Ezsauce account in the studio or mobile app without contacting support.

1. Open Account and sign in.
2. Find Delete account and select Delete my account.
3. Confirm account deletion and complete any requested sign-in verification.

Deletion blocks account access and removes saved projects and media after an approximately 65-minute session-expiry period. Cleanup can take longer if processing needs retries. Payment, refund, minimal deleted-account, and limited operational records remain as described in our privacy policy; they currently have no automatic expiry.

Deletion does not automatically request a refund or remove files you already downloaded or shared. If you cannot sign in, email david@gracent.tech for help. We may verify account ownership.
