Sign-in and account access

Open the studio and use the same sign-in method as before. To change accounts, open Account and choose Sign out. Never send us your password, sign-in link, or verification code.

Projects and generation

Include the project name, the error shown, and your browser or device. A submitted generation continues when you leave the page. Reopen Projects to see its status. Failed generation releases its reserved credits or free allowance.

Purchases

If a payment is pending, check your credit history before paying again. For missing credits or web refund requests, include the receipt or order reference and the account email used for the purchase. Do not send card details. Store refund requests follow Apple’s process or Google Play’s policies.

Read our privacy policy or follow the account deletion instructions. Contact us if you cannot access your account or need help with a privacy request.
