Your account and projects

Firebase Authentication manages sign-in. We receive the account identifier, email address, verification status, and any name or profile image supplied by your sign-in provider. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. Apple’s Hide My Email may supply a private relay address.

Google Firebase and Google Cloud store account details, credit balances, project descriptions, uploaded audio, storyboards, generated images and videos, processing status, and purchase records. Private project data is restricted to the owning account. Authorized operators can access operational records for support, security, and payment administration.

Song identification and lyrics

Audio analysis and fingerprint generation run on your device. For lyrics lookup, song tags such as artist, title, album, and duration are sent to LRCLIB. When identification is needed, a compact audio fingerprint and track duration are sent through Ezsauce to AcoustID; the audio file itself is not sent to either service. These services also receive technical request information. Ezsauce caches recording metadata keyed by a hash of the fingerprint and records aggregate usage counts to protect service limits. Cache entries are reused for up to 24 hours; stored entries may remain longer. Lyrics you choose to use are saved with your project and supplied as creative context during AI generation. You can correct lyrics or continue without them.

AI processing

With your permission, your audio and creative direction are processed by Google and OpenAI to plan and generate your project. Requests can include prompts, selected audio, storyboard details, reference images, and generated media needed for the next step. Do not upload material you lack permission to use or unnecessary sensitive information. AI providers handle submitted information under their applicable service and retention policies.

Payments and service providers

Where purchases are available, Stripe processes web payments and RevenueCat verifies App Store and Google Play purchases. We store transaction references, amounts, currencies, credit grants, payment status, and refund records; we do not store full payment card details. Cloudflare delivers the marketing website. These providers may process information outside your country.

Browser storage and logs

The studio uses browser storage to maintain sign-in and complete email-link authentication. It also saves a temporary draft of your selected audio file, lyric choices, and project settings on your device so you can continue after sign-in. These drafts are not uploaded to our servers before you create a project. Drafts expire after 24 hours of inactivity and are removed on a later draft read, after successful project creation, or when you sign out. They are available only in the same browser and website origin; clearing browser data removes them. Native apps maintain authentication through their platform SDKs. Infrastructure providers process request and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Downloaded or shared files are controlled by the device or destination you choose.

Retention and deletion

Saved projects remain until you delete them or your account; there is no automatic age-based expiry. Project deletion schedules removal of its stored media and documents. Account deletion blocks further account use and queues cleanup after an approximately 65-minute session-expiry period. Processing can take longer if cleanup needs retries.

Payment and refund records, a minimal deleted-account record, and limited operational records remain to prevent duplicate fulfillment, handle disputes, and support accounting and security. These records currently have no automatic expiry and are not anonymous. Provider logs and data retained by external services follow their own retention settings.

Use Delete your account or contact us for access, correction, or deletion requests. We may verify account ownership. Deleting your account does not delete copies you previously downloaded or shared and does not automatically request a refund.
